This was produced by 9:39 Cinema Ltd and supported by The Hunter Foundation. The goal for this score was to create an ethereal dark tone throughout the film, highlighting abstract thought and twisted textures that reflect the character Charlie’s mental state in the film. The are layers of sound design and manipulation of natural sounds to create a harrowing sense of dread which is built further as we learn more about Charlie’s background. I personally found this score very intriguing to compose and I was proud of the direction it went.
